#AskTheExpert Hi, I have stopped breastfeeding and want to wear right type bra to reduce my breasts. any suggestions which type to wear whether push up or uplift bra or minimizer bra with full or normal coverage. kindly advice as I have little bigger breasts.

A. yoga is very much helpful in this so try to go ahead for that and a gentle massage on your breast will be also helping you and normal inner wear should be worn by you so you can go ahead for any
