#AskTheExpert hi I have 4 kids in house and my elder kid has chickenpox, as soon as we found out that, we quarantined him in a room and kept other 3 kids away from him. will the other kids have chances of getting it? if so how many days will it take for them to get chickenpox as it 4th day today since my elder got it and all the other 3 kids are fine as of now

A. Chickenpox go and take about a week to 10 days to subside completely and if your kids haven’t been in the contact with the oldest one then I don’t think so there is a chance of that kids catching chickenpox but we cannot be sure so just monitor it
