#AskTheExpert hi I had cesarean delivery on 18/06/2021 I oftenly get periods & some time continuously bleed for 1-2 months, and after delivery I had bleeding only for 3 days & the next month only I started getting periods why is that

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear It is not compulsory that everyone will have a gap between delivery and first periods. It is all dependent on your body hormonal levels. So keep using contraception and keep a track of cycles
