#AskTheExpert Hi.. I am 10Day of lactating mother. I am having soreness and crack on nipple. Very difficult to feed . She is my 2nd kid. I got soreness writhin 3day of my delivery. She dont have any white patches in mouth. M trying everything to resolve problem, but it not healing.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, Hello.. apply nip care cream. Apply to nipples after breast-feeding. and remove or gentally wipe with soft cotton cloth and removed before nursing your baby.latch ur baby properly Use Nipple shields to protect sore nipples during feedings.
