#AskTheExpert Hi Dr my baby is 1 month 7 days old now and when she was born her weight was 2kg now today we checked the weight has been reduced to 1.4kg.. She was born pre mature in 7.50 months. Pls suggest as dr advice we might have to admit her. We are worried as we do not want the baby to be admitted.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear it is good to exclusively breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast the more you breastfeed the more will be the milk supply also as a breastfeeding mother have a healthy diet and include milk Daliya with dry fruit and jaggery jeera and dry fruit laddu with milk
