#asktheexpert hi doctor, my son is 10 and half months old now.. his weight is 7.6kg. birth weight is 2.88.. is it normal? it should be 3times the birth weight know at his 1st birthday? also his height is only 68cm.. while birth his height was 48cm.. is this low for his age?

A. dear Mum, your baby's weight is absolutely normal at the age of 10 months, do not worry. baby should triple the birth weight by the completion of 1 year or earlier
