#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My kids 4 tooths got fallen as she fell on the floor with teeths hitting, Now bottom permanent teeths came as it was fallen first. But still the Top teeth didn't came erupted. 4 to 6 months left after top teeths fall. kindly suggest

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it is okay. the permanent teeth start erupting between the age of 6 to 7 years. so you can wait till the age if 7 years for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth
