8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruits with dry fruits and honey
1 PM-Dal or rice and sambar with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice or vegetable soup
8 PM-dinner.
Before sleeping-lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric added. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of vegetables, pulses, fruits. You can also include buttermilk, coconut water, Dal water.
