Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks timely schedule semi Mashed, Mashed foods ...
Rice , roti with dal/sabji, leafy vegetables/egg/meat ,kichdi for lunch, dinner..
Grains, millet breakfast - Roti, dosa, idly, omlet, pancakes (Home made), cerelac, porridges....
