#AskTheExpert ...Hi doctor.. i Had my delivery on 2020.. Nowadays i was so tired... Whether it is due to iron defiency?

take supplements as suggested by your doctor
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
