AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have jeera water daily two times a day to improve lactation. U can also have mothers horlicks with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree etc as the first food
