#AskTheExpert hi doctor, Can i start excersice after 3 mo th of delivery? I have already started with brisk walk but want to reduce 10 kgs which i have gained after pregnancy. can you please suggest some excercise to reduce tummy. TIA

A. Don’t be in a hurry to lose weight especially when you’re healing and also breast-feeding you will baby. You’re not supposed to do any sort of dieting but take high protein diet during this time. If you had vaginal delivery then you can do brisk walking but if you had cesarean section continue brisk walking until six months and other abdominal exercises only after six monthsWrite Your Answer Here
