Hi doctor

Am vani, 32 yrs old.. Have a daughter of 6 n half yrs.

Normally my period is of 30 days cycle. This month, i missed my periods.. Its been 11 days today. Pregnancy test shows negative.

But i have lower abdomen pain and lower back pain which i usually get during my periods.

Kindly help me out with this.

i think your peroid on the way to come...wait fr 5 days ..more .if upt is negative nothing to worry .this has happen fr the first time n need to osee  the next cycle how much are they getting delayed..if the cycle is changing n note tje changes

it might happen because of hormonal changes.
please visit your gynecologist for once.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
