You can use mild soaps without any parabens or sulfates or alcohols in them.take vitamin e based ones.
Upto one year after giving birth there will be lots of skin changes

Hello dear parent, for 6 months old baby, ypu massage your baby's well using branded products like Seba med, Babyhug, Chicco, Himalaya etc they are all well known brands for baby products but must read reviews and check ratings before making any purchases.
And must wipe wash baby's mouth after feeding. Good luck and take care
