#AskTheExpert hi doc...my daughter is 4 yrs old...its been 2 n half months of her ear piercing..we put first silver earrings for more thn a month..we applied home remedies but ears couldn't heal after that we changed to gold ..but after 10 days of changing to gold nkw again back of one ear redness n pus kind...what to do please help... pic attached for reference

A. please remove it completely. its not important than your child health. once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised. it may require antibiotics to heal

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once your baby once with doctor in person as it is very difficult to say anything about it without personally examine. nd also apply prescribed ointment. take care
