#AskTheExpert Hi all My baby is 6 months old now my delivery was through c section I've gained more weight and can i do abdominal exercises?

A. Dear mum, you can do abdominal exercises like crunches, pelvic tilts to firm up your stomach muscles. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

A. toning your body is important for that it is helpful about from that you should try to keep a check on your diet which will be apart from this make sure that you are not going for any crash dieting for yourself
