these all are common signs during the teething phase..
give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite normal In teething and please give your baby bc21 homeopathy medicine for better teething process and also massage on gums with your finger and give baby silicone based teether if baby chew.
