Please don't use powder first. Apply coconut oil and your breastmilk and the you should apply powder if needed. Proper moisture in skin is needed.
If redness is still there,
Apply aloe vera gel a little fresh. Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime.
