my baby is getting red rashes over neck after that skin is becoming white what is the reson

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello mom, rashes may be appears on the baby's neck due to a fungal infection. But it's common for 4 months because the skin of the necks folds rubs against itself. So kindly suggest your skin doctor for which moisturizer is good for your baby. Thank you.
