#AskTheExpert hello sir which tablet Is used for breast milk production..how to take that tablet ?and any side effects for baby ? please answer sir

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. no tablet will help in this just take a healthy diet for yourself along with plenty of liquid at the high fibre in diet it will increase the milk production which is very important

You Do I having fenugreek capsules on regular basis it’s very very good you can have it for a month or so and it is not going to have any side effect on the child it is just a lactation supplement nothing else it is not be there any bad effect on you or on the child
