A. ok doctor.can i add paracetamol with that if he has frequent fever.and the drug is prescribed by doctor

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he is having coughs and cold then you can give him syrup xyzal 3 ml twice a day and steam inhalation

A. no you should not give any type of self medication like for this problem I would ask you to take guidance from the doctor and then after you can address the concern about this matter after guidance from doctor . . .
