#AskTheExpert hello sir, recently my child is suffering from the viral of HFMD, due to which the spots which are appearing in his hands and legs are not getting cure, and he keeps itching whole day.what can be done for the same.

Hand foot and mouth disease is mild clinical syndrome and will resolve within a week to 10 days. so no need to worry.
continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor. it will be fine.

If the problem is persistent even after medication then it needs further medical evaluation. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
