ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 20 months old and does not eat properly it may be a sign of iron deficiency you can give iron rich foods like seasonal fruits dry fruits and nuts dates which is rich in iron that increases appetite
