A. visited a speech therapist few months back she said wait upto 3 years

A. A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is advisable to contact some nearby doctor and so accordingly the doctor will guide in a proper way . A. U should should get a check with the speech therapist to figure out if your child is having a delay in the speech because if your child is not speaking up till the age of 2 1/2 years and there could be an issue with the speech of the child
