#asktheexpert hello sir my little one is 1 month older nd she has cold nd nasal congestion plz suggest me any tips for cure nd treatment

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
Try to prevent temperature variatifons around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children
For fever acnd pain give paracetamolc
Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Give your baby indirect steam least three times a day burn garlic ajwain in mustard oil let this oil get cool or warm rub that oil on his chest back Palms foot also keep your baby hydrated by breastfeeding and consult your doctor as soon as possible
