#AskTheExpert hello sir my daughter is 2yrs old she is not gaining her weight what should i do . she do potty after 2 or 3 days . potty is little hard circle circle .. is it good? pls sujjest me good advice?

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most tcommon. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin withgf lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. good evening the stomach is not getting clear properly as a result of is the child is not eating well and is not able to gain proper weight I would recommend you to try to give your child some natural laxatives
