SanthoshiMom of a 2 yr old girl2 years agoA. try to place a wet cloth in forehead. This would reduce the heat instantly also Let the cloth not be too cold. Keep monitoring for temperature. If the temperature is more It's better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option.
