#asktheexpert hello sir, my baby boy is 1 year 9 month old. he like to eat sweets or any type of sweet food .. In how much amount should i gave him to eat sweet foods ? please suggest

A. You Have to restrict the quantity of sweet food that you are giving try to introduce more of salty food to the child because savoury is what we eat on every day basis so sweets maximum light to teaspoons of sugar or 3 teaspoons of sugar can be given to the child in the entire day
