kids usually grind their teeth during the teething phase to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth..other reason could be due to worms in stomach.. consult with your nearest Pediatrician

Hello,it's normal in babies and being a mother it's difficult to see such things,but as it doesn't have any cure and tr his will stop by itself only ,my son also experienced same thing but one day he stop doing it and I talked to my friends and they also face the same thing but this thing stop itself only ,so don't worry and whenever you see her doing this in sleep just distract her .
