ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective.
avoid taking regular painkillers

yes it happens
it happens because of malnutrition too
so please take necessary supplements of iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription
avoid drinking RO water
don't sit or stand for long period
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
