Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. give steam as a home remedy .Running nose or block nose. mild cough and cold is the symptom of viral infection or you can say common cold for this as a home remedy only steam can be given along with maintaining the temperature of the baby ; in medication you can give cough drop after Dr consultation other than that only fever medication like paracetamol can be given for fever .

first , maintain good hydration throughout the day.
give Luke warm water to drink.
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
you can give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day.
