you can do any workout only after 6 months of delivery.
so after 6 months of delivery you can start to do low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging etc.
till that Walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
