sorry but I am not getting any attachment.
but as per description ,I think it might be drooling rashes or dry skin rashes or infection.
so in all these cases ,you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
keep your child in well vantileted room
keep that area clean.
