#asktheexpert Hello My new born is 3 months old now, and I’m loosing lot of hair. Please advise

A. hi hair fall is common after delivery. so don't worry. you can use almond or coconut oil daily on your hair. Both will help in Healthy hair growth. you can use aloe vera gel or paste of methidana (soaked in water)with curd , before washing your hair. stay stress free as stress can also causes hair fall.
