#asktheexpert hello, my daughter's milk teeth haven't fallen out yet. But, behind the lower center tooth, with the distance of 0.5cm , a new tooth has already grown up. Is this normal? will this cause any problem in future? Thanks in advance.

A. Hi you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the milk teeth as permanent teeth has erupted behind the milk teeth..delay will cause malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth
