#asktheexpert hello, my daughter having some kind of pain near her hip since evening, she is not able to walk properly, not sure if she has sprained her leg. she is putting weight on her one leg n standing.

A. Hi mom Encourage him often to walk He will learn soon Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
