#asktheexpert Hello, My daughter doesn't want to eat by herself. I mean whatever she will eat someone has to make her eat.. Even if she is hungry she doesn't go ahead. Please suggest something to resolve this issue.

I believe it would be a simple solution you can try this where one by 2 feet and make your child eat the second bite say 1 I am feeding you the second you have to eat so slowly this way even if your child is eating 20 bites totality 10th at least the child is going to eat on its own so that is how slowly you can change this habit
