#asktheexpert hello mam/sir my son is about 2.5 years old 2 years before we observed his belly button swelling we consulted his pediatrician he said it is a kind belly button harniya and don't worry it will b gone till the baby become 4 years. it is not troubling and baby have no any health issue. we are very tens about it. please give me any suggestion.

A. most of the times the belly button which is protuberant is umbilical hernia will become normal by the time baby will be 2 years better consult a paediatric surgeon for advice
