well ,the treatment must be safe which is prescribed by your gynecologist as he or she knows well about your health.
but along with the treatment the best way to treat pcod is regular exercises , daily walk , healthy diet .
take nutritious food items like green veggies ,fresh fruits ,nuts , yoghurt etc
Start doing mediation also ,it is best in reliving stress.
