#asktheexpert hello mam my baby facing some constipation problem when she have potty don't finish somothly potty has very tight.

A. hi kids get this due to low intake of fluids so i advise to increase your child fluid intake at first give nimbupani , fresh fruit juice , coconut water,soup etc more
