#AskTheExpert hello mam i am 5 months pregnant i have eaten 10 days expired bread which was tefrigerated i am feeling stomach and back pain also alot of movement of baby is it hatmful for my baby ?

Please consult your gynaecologist for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
