AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom No not now. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food. take care
