#asktheexpert hello madam/sir headache starts just after morning sickness n i feel suffocated near hot things even I can now make only 4-5 chappatis easily after that same suffocation starts I am 8 weeks pregnant what should I do.?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see try to see thet you eat a toast ir biscuits in morning abd then take food. avoit fatty meal. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
