#AskTheExpert hello maam I'm 29 weeks pregnant. pease advice some tips about normal/natural delivery. I want to avoid c section.

take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

mam ,for normal delivery ,you should stay active
if your doctor permit ,go for daily walk
take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
mam , type of delivery depends on many factors , like baby size, baby position, amunuitic fluid amount etc too so please don't take much stress for this
