#asktheexpert hello ma'am my son doesn't eat vegetables,he eats only jam chpati and sometimes eats with jaggery .what should I do

sone kids like sweet foods, hence tgey use to avoid veggies.
offer veggies in moderation.
encourage him to have it or taste atleast.
