#AskTheExpert hello ma'am . I am not taking any kind of iron supplement tablets even though I am taking folic acid ,dha and multivitamins. but I make sure I take iron ruch diet and as per my blood reports all my parameters are still normal . so how should I start with iron tablets as well ? if yes can u please suggest one .
