It is normal to have occasional nightmares especially when you are pregnant this may be added upon by anxiety and hormonal changes.
Try meditation and talk to a therapist if you are scared

U Should take counselling from a counsellor then I think that is what is going to help you’re just developing too much of negative negative thoughts are you are just care maybe there is something which has happened in the past which is making you so scared and that is leading to anxiety so you can consult a counsellor or a psychiatrist once
