#AskTheExpert hello, hi mam my son is 9 months completed, after my delivery I got periods after 6 months , after I did not get any periods, we didn't participated in sex, but my periods not getting regular.. my HB percentage is 12,what was the problem I can't understand, can you explain. what can i do

It happens due to the postpartum hormonal changes and it is advisable that you keep using contraception as the ovulation can happen at anytime before your get the periods .
Consult your gynecologist if you don’t get cycles over one year after giving birth
