#asktheexpert Hello Dr. We all are fine now. I m a breastfeeding mother and my son is 1 year old. As we all know that this is a very tough situation how we can deal with it.

no need to do extra things.
just offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
you can give Tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder, salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene
avoid going outside especially with your child.
stay home, stay safe
