Hello dr. My son is 18months old. since yesterday he is having fever. it started with runny nose and then fever came. I am giving paracetamol suspension 120 - 7.5ml dosage in 6 hrs interval. but his fever is coming as high as 102.
please advise what shall I do.
p.s. he is only taking milk and warm water. not eating any solids.

Loss of appetite will be their during fever..so keep offering different foods that your baby likes. don't force feed.
Give your baby small meals with high calories, high dense, high protein diet at regular intervals with plenty of fluids. 
it would be good to consult with paediatrician once.
